I decided to continue creating such cost-effective websites that will make some cool cash for its owners, and now i am readu with my next offer.

This is an engine that reads, caches, categorizes and displays threads from discussion baords in a user-friendly interface as you can see if you click to see the website.
As almost all users on all boards talk about new things, forums has been known to occupy a good place on major SERPs. And so will talksDirect.com pages as they are containing fresh content from all the leading forums all the time.
This is legal, as the engine is not claiming to own the information and displays backlinks to the original threads, etc..
IMHO, such a website shall obtain a good PR (at least 5-6) after two google updates and will be a good money maker though affiliate programs and contextual text advertisement as adsense of course.

about 30 minutes, i just finished debugging the codes and uploaded everything to the public. At the moment, i am starting to do all possible submissions to wherever possible.
