Okay, I am considering selling off this project if I get a decent offer. I purchased it a couple of months ago, and I was planning (and still am if I don't sell) to develop a Web Developers community.

Due to lack of time I am considering selling it off already now, before it has even offcially launched. It already has some decent activity, and has been spidered and listed by the major search engines (Google and MSN at least). For instance it has ~150 pages indexed by Google. It has some PR5 inbound links, so I am expecting it to get a decent PR the next PR update (rumoured to be very soon).

It has also gotten some activity recently, with a few members posting, even though it is not, as mentioned above, officially opened up yet (still have many things to do if I decide to develop it).

Income right now is pretty much sporadic, and I can't really measure it since I haven't set up an AdSense channel for it.

So, I'm open to offers in the $xxx range. BIN is set at $500. Payment through PayPal. Feel free to post any questions too, and I'll do my best to answer them

Alright, just an update. I have decided that the "minimum" I'll be letting this go for is $250. BIN is still set at $400.

Unless there are any offers that matches the minimum sale by the end of Friday (April 1st), I won't be selling. It's not a joke either
