also i just sold one of my other sites to fryman and it all went well.

Actually, I wouldn't say it "went well".

I sent the seller 3 PMs asking for the login info of an advertising account the site was using and he just ignored me, I had to contact the admin of that network to get the login details.

I sent the seller 3 PMs asking him to transfer the site's license, and he just ignored me, I had to contact the owner of the script to get the license transfered.

So, forget about any support from this seller once he gets your money.

The site was also advertised as getting over 400 daily visits. It hasn't received even 100 since I bought it. I don't care because I am a SEO and it will take me a few weeks to get it well ranked and get good traffic, but the average buyer would sure be pissed.
