Hi,

I continued my reasearch on the word Housing.

Mostly it is used for temporary housing (Student, Tourist, Corporate, Homeless Shelter etc.)
Less often used in the context of regular real estate.

USHOusing.com caters to students.
AmericaHousing.com caters to regular real estate.

So, whom should I target for my LAHousing.com, HousingPortal.com and SFHousing.com

What does Housing mean to you? A HOme, a temporary rental or what?

Thanks for your input,
SG.

First thought that comes to mine is Housing projects!
So perhaps sell it to some Los Angelas projects. :)

Try to contact housing socities. Since you have LAhousing.com, your best bet would be to get in touch with companies that develop homes for low income families.

To realtors "housing" may signify "low income" or "mixed" or whetever undesirable "bell" it seems to ring. But HOUSING STATS is an economic term. In actuarian terms, HOUSING STATS include all real estate transactions. However, life being life as it is, you better come to terms with the somewhat negative connotation of this to realtors. If I were a HOUSING research firm, I 'd buy them in a flash. If I were a contractor trying to house the droves of (college) students in a tight real estate city I 'd go for it too.
