just regged this.

over 5800 ovt searches for tassi mutuo.
Words are in the correct order and if you have doubts on the plural (tassi) and the singular (mutuo) this form has by far the highest Google Terms of the 4 possible combinations. (32,100 entries).

Any idea on value?

That's what I was wondering too. I now parked .com and we'll see if the type-ins will come.
I think that the main reason is that people is registering things like mutuocasa or mutuogiovani and it is not focusing on that.
Keep in mind that we have only few more than one million domains, so you can still find something valuable..

just wanted to add that google bids ranges from $2.70 for [tassi mutuo] to $2 of "tassi mutuo"
