This could be a great community-maintained social Wiki covering an enormous breadth of technology subjects. Think "Wikipedia" except with focused content that could actually convert to technology based ppc sales and advertisers.
If you are good at getting writers, you will be able to attract a range of experts to maintain an unlimited amount of articles devoted to all types of tech fields. Medical, I.T., Aviation, Biotech, Alternative Energy, Robotics, Manufacturing, Environmental...and the list goes on and on. All with market segments that purchase high dollar products.
