The domain name is MyFavoriteTeen.com and is registered through GoDaddy. I ran it as a free site for 2 years but it has been parked at Sedo since May. I don't have the time to re-develop the site so it has to go. Traffic has dropped off in the past couple months so the site needs to be sold and setup quick so the traffic will build back up.

The website consists of an index page, and tour and join page templates. Note, this is not a whole site, just the design for the site and enough content to build a member's area.

This has came up a couple times in PMs. The new owner can do what they want with the content as long as it adheres to FocusAdult's license agreement. This means the content can be used on up to 10 domain names, not just the name for sale. I am selling all rights to the content along with the site.

Thanks for the screen shots, if site is sold does the buyer get everything to publish the website, such as script, pics etc.

Buy then once name is published the site can be published as soon as the name is pointed?

The buyer gets everything I have for the site. This includes 6700 licensed pics, the domain plus traffic, and all the site design. Since my hard drive crashed, all I have right now for the site design are the PSD files the site was created from. There will be some html work to set the site up how you want it. I am trying to get the html pages from my designer but no promises. I can help with a newsletter script that works wonders for a site like this. I can also help with a content manager program that could be used to automatically run a members area.

I had this site running as a free site for two years. Basically members would sign up for a newsletter to gain access to the members area. The members area ran automatically displaying different galleries every week and the newsletter was used to promote a few different sponsors. There were over 10k members and each newsletter mailing did great. If someone has the hosting and time to set this up again, the site could make it's price back in no time.
