Heya,

I have a domain and forum website that I'd like an appraisal on. Currently, the community has 400 users and over 16,000 posts. It's very strong in the search engines and was making around $40/month. I've heard the x10, x12 rules but since the website does not currently have advertising then it doesn't apply IMHO - especially since it's a fair sized forum.

The website is back up on an older backup. I believe that we have the most updated backup and will hopefully have it up soon. The site has about 200 more posts and 4 more users.

Would greatly appreciate some appraisals now!
