TelegraphAve.com it's 12 years old, never dropped, pr4 and a bunch of good backlinks

Telegraph Avenue is a popular large street (7km along) in California

Nice - mid xxx. Try developing it simply (background info about Telegraph Ave etc) and see if you can build up a community (or something)? Not too sure though.
