I have a website for sale, which is TemplateAd (www.templatead.com), the website is a project I started to work on around a month ago and I got as far as a custom template completed by one of my website designers (costing $250) and a custom logo design (costing $60) from a graphic designer that I know. I have now been severely let down on the project by the person who I was going to use for the database for the website and who was going to help me maintain the website. So I have now had to think about selling the website domain, custom web template and logo (I have the PSD's for both of these).

What is the website about?

The website was to be a template advertising marketplace where template designers can sell their templates and buyers can browse and purchase them, the buyers would contact the seller if they wanted to buy a template. The sellers could list their templates for free or pay extra for a premium listing.

2x Domain names - templatead.com (05-Sep-2006), templatead.co.uk (expires 05-Sep-2007) both registered at ukreg.com (can be transferred)

Custom website template, featuring main and sub page html/psd cost $250, worth around $400.

Custom logo design with psd worth $60.

tommyc: the design is coded into html, theres a html main page (the page you see on the screenshot) and a sub page.

Lorenzo: The logo was put up on the domain temporarily while I was arranging the ill-fated database for the website.

Ive thought about getting the backend developed by my friend who is a database designer but as he has let me down the backend isn't going to happen.
