Has someone a term paper about domain names, I need that in scool, it most have 30 pages.

Or is here somone, who knows, where I can find the laws about domain names?

Why not write your own so that you can learn in the process?

The 2 main areas of policing domains are:

1) The UDRP - which is an arbitration (not a court) but all domain holders are forced to adhere to their decisions (unless overruled by a real court) under the registration contracts. Heres a link to the UDRP:

2) Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) - US law that deals with cybersquatting. I don't have a link to this verbatim. Its an extension of the Lanham Act if that helps.
