i am putting together a real estate directory - i would like to include Terms of use and privacy policy

Does anyone have an idea of what it would cost a lawyer to draw up.
or edit a standard fill-in-the blank TOU & PP

or alternatively

any reconmondation on getting a fill-in-the blank terms of use and Privacy policy from a online co. offering these.
