I see some people here using programs that pretty much look like a full developped website, only instead it's actually a pay per click program that pulls content based on your domain or keywords. What are some easy PPC programs that I can get going on some of my domains? I'd like to stick with just one to make things easy unless it's better to use more. Thanks.
