closed the domains

Are the domains with "the" or "the-" at the beginning valuable?
For example Theforum.com or the-forum.com.

99.9% of the time, no, but there are always exceptions. Phrases that use "the", like "theone" and "thebest" will have some value, indeed.

TheExpress.net - I've got that one.

I think it's quite good as there are a lot of newspapers called 'The Express' and a lot of courier services, and also plane and train services called 'The Express' too.

Sometimes, "The" can actually put a different spin on things.

For example:-

TheVicePresident.com
VicePresident.com

One is a corporate executive title, the other is 2nd in line behind the President.
