I recieved an email at 1am saying "Well, nothing has happened on your end. Can we complete this transaction within the hour??..."

I'm sorry, but I do not get out of bed for $4, however impatient the buyer is! Some people...

"This joker"? " Interesting post, Mr. Domains. Unsure why you feel the need to share this with the DN Forum world... There are some additional details that you left out (like when I originally contacted you for paypal details many, many hours before "your midnight time" so I could pay you immediately...and you finally get around to answering me back which is midnight your time, but only 8pm mine...); Let me stop here.
