Not gonna read the full article, but the 100% should be removed. While some of this may be factual, only those who have been to Diego Garcia may make actual claims to it.

I haven't been deployed there myself, but a few buddies made pit stops there to refuel and whatnot. I do know that most of the DG jobs are given to locals and Filipino's above American's though as I did want to seclude myself to an island with less that 100 inhabitants at one time.
