members need to be aware that the person has once scammed me before

http://www.dnforum.com/f48/patchdatabase-com-73978.html

I bought the site and paid him in excess of his asking price based on the condition that he would build the site and add files/content to it. After taking money he disappeared.

Also it wasn't for the moeny that ticked me off, but its the principle..i bought the site only based on those conditions and as you can see it is still abondoned.. by the way the site was www.patchdatabase.com

lol, you tried to get paypal to give you your money back saying you paid for a domain I never gave you but once I proved to paypal that you did have it they dropped your complaint. Sorry I don't respond to you but I have this habit of not responding well to threats.

And for everyone else, I can provide tons of references from people I have done business with both in site sales as well as customers from my site at http://scriptinstallation.ca

Thanks,
Paul

Seeing there are 2 strong sides here to this story.... we should proceed with bidding openly and not by PM after all its a NewBee vs. A senior :(

Sad story

Someone is a liar ...
I just hate these posts with 2 perfect sides....

so are you saying that we never reached an agreement that I will pay you more "because you were extremely sick or your family member was in hospital". You assured me you would get back but you never did..also paypal asked me the details for domain and i provided them with all our emails and pms..in the end they couldn't take part with me although the guy said on the phone he knows who is right and who isn't but because the domain and website is non-tangible there was really nothing that could be done..

like i said I consider what i gave you a "donation" simply because of the story you stated of being sick etc..but its the principle!

Sorry I don't respond to you but I have this habit of not responding well to threats.

you sure you want me to go into details and put up some proof about what you replied to and what you didn't? I bought the site somewhere around 4th or 5th of decemeber and after 10 days you told me you were sick and you will take care of it.. I again contacted you after 7 days and never heard back..this was when I filed a claim with paypal..ofcourse you dont reply to threats but I was merely asking you to reply with the status of my purchase and you accepting the conditions and terms of sale..you simply disappeared making excuses and then thats it..

and keep one thing in mind..if i wanted i could've posted this when i purchased the site from you..but i didn't because the money wasn't much..i still wanted to do the honors of keeping it to myself but that doesn't mean I am going to sit here and watch you screw over someone else..

This thread seems to no longer be about a domain name ..... it is now become a thread of credibility and this is awful when tryin to sell domains....

Proof is always sweet and can often push a party right away far away .... to the RIGHT

EXAMPLE: I purchased a domain on this forum on Sunday.... the site name was working fine and 5 days later I am still waiting for a transfer approval and the site is filled with bugs..... GUESS WHAT The seller asked me to pay another 35.00 to fix it.... THAT's not proper.... I kept the proof and I will useit unless its fixed....

Hey, Feel for you. I got dudded over at namepros by a 13 year old. Admitted he didn't have the ability to transfer or fix. Namepros were like lame ducks. Promised the world, but no delivery.

Anyway, I have been making his life a misery with every post. Keep up the good work and maybe you will get some resolution.

$40 bid, but it requires domain transfer before payment. I'm not willing to risk anything nor am I willing to pay escrow fees for $40.
