This is one of the hardest end-user markets to break through to.
TheJesusChrist.com is a relatively good name and really should be worth low - mid $x,xxx to an end user easily, however, it depends literally on how fast you want to turn this domain around. The offer is an unusual one and leads me to suspect it is on Sedo/Afternic etc.. These could be the best places for such a name as you can put through to auction where at least hopefully you will get the reseller value of the domain.
