Income : No ads were used on the site. My plan was to built up the site to a few hundred articles and then sell advertising directly.
Domain : Registered at enom so free push
Hosting : The buyer may leave the site on my server for the next few months...theres no rush to move it elsewhere
Payment : paypal or neteller preferred..buyer pays any fees applicable

Reason for selling : I need to make a few thousand dollars in the next 3-4 months to clear my tax bill. I dont have the time to give it the attention it needs either

As you can see from The Archive, the site has been online before September 2003. I bought the site a few years ago when it was a poker forum. However, i decided to use the domain name instead for this project. It currently has a pagerank of 3 however it used to be higher. The site was set up for users to add their own poker blogs.

The script the site uses costs $239.00 to buy. Everything is autmomated via an admin panel so any buyer would simply have to update the site with content via this panel.

The buyer would also get www.thepokerpost.net with the purchase

i wrote some of the articles myself
some of them were from another writer

its set up so that
* authors can submit articles with links to their website in their profiles etc
* bloggers can set up a blog account and add blogs to the site

the other writers arent paid. For some of the articles i just added a profile for the writer at their request and they addded some articles. The bloggers add content every now and then
