Traffic has been steady at 50-60 visits a day ever since we, the site admin, became inactive. When the site was being updated and the program was working for our users, we had 100-300 visits daily. The possibilities are tremendous.

The site needs a dedicated owner willing to make small tweaks and add a few features. The current owners are happy to spend time in discussion with the buyer about what should be done in terms of coding and all once the sale is completed. If we do not receive a bid that meets our desired "reserve", then we will not be selling the site.

What upkeep does it require?

It won't require much once the initial coding changes are made and you have a more stable program operating. It is automated, and the only admin functions are to watch for any "cheating" and answer questions.
