why are you selling? Whats the traffic like

is the script custom coded or is it an out of box script

Also it seems in one post on WHT an old older Jake was saying that the programming is not completed on the site? Was that ever done? If so I may be interested

The script is all custom-code, and the script is completely automated. There are around 15 users, and 30 visits a day... I haven't advertised it anywhere so that's not bad.
