Domain receives about 40-50 page views monthly, last time I checked the Google adwords PPC bid amount was around $1, phrase has a SEO book monthly search count of more than 2500 (95 daily) and there are more than four and a half million Google pages with the exact phrase, two Spanish words, 13 characters...I know you guys can be tough so what is a realistic target price (overpriced domains don't sell)?
