There are a lot of Timp this and that businesses, schools, streets, etc. You will see that many of the top results in Google refer to this place name. geo domains are hot, and this one is short, memorable, pronouncable ... a real winner.

The right buyer in Utah Valley, or in Sundance (i.e. R. Redford) might buy this domain for well into the high $xxxx, or low $xx,xxx. IMO
