Tired of getting *&%@#ed by Parking companies!

I am so tired of watching there (estimated stats) seeing my self making $.19 a click then the next day they turn it $.05. Or seeing my low traffic names get 200% CTR and $0 Revenue and getting no explanation but that they did not like the traffic or that is was redirected (it was not redirected by me, I only buy and park that's it) It seems to be there is a lot of scamming going on here. Double dipping etc. They take they cut and then take another cut.

I have tried several companies. There is always something wrong. Either I can;t optimize my page, they are not adult friendly, or they dis allow honest traffic for some reason. It would be nice to just have a good place to park my Adult names and non adult that I could optimize them and get paid what they actually generate.

This gets really frustrating!

I think we've all felt this way at least a little at some point. Now I only use two parking companies for my domains and I'm pretty happy with them, but seeing some of the bs from other parking companies sure made me get on to development instead of pure parking. You just have more control that way - but even that's not for everyone.

The solution is to go direct to advertisers if it's reasonably targeted traffic.

The secret is to increase your porfolio to a level that will balance out. Making sure that each year you drop all the crap that bring your overall RPM down.

Keep in mind that sometimes the parking companies do not get proper stats from their advertising providers either. Also the stats are not always provided to the parking providers in realtiime. So at least until they receive the stats, everything is somewhat of a guess.

Agreed but it is frustrating seeing your numbers change so dramatically. Why cant they low ball then the next day your numbers be higher?

that's what parked.com does (go up the next day for many clicks)...but thats for valuable clicks..if you have loan, credit card traffic, travel traffic, etc...I don't know why people expect more than .05 - .10 clicks for blog traffic or myspace typos ..lol

Also, every day people click different things and the final numbers get reported the next day...it's not the parking companies fault.
