Does anyone have a link or know which CC TLD's are within the top 5 or top 10?

Thanks!

Hands down > .DE

ok, that makes sense. Especially since there is no .uk (only co.uk etc....)
I still would love to see if there is a top 5 or a top 10 out there.

Thanks.

I think .us is as well

Here's some stats:

http://www.whois.sc/internet-statistics/

I've heard .de has the most for a ccTLD. .us would be in the top 5. I would think .co.uk, com.au, .ca, and some of the European countries like Austria, Italy, and France would be pretty close. Those that are more restrictive tend to have lower numbers.

I'm not considering the "redelegated" ccTLD's like .cc/.ws/.tv/.la/.tm as real ccTLD's.

thanks for the link, its interesting.

I just wish I could find one like that, but with a list of ccTlds, including cc, ws...etc...

my own primary research suggests .co.uk is preferred to .com by clients within the UK interested in creating a website.

Hope that helped.

Thanks for the link. Seems very outdated though.
for example it says that .cn doesnt allow top level regs...
and many others are still polling.
