I think topicalnews.mobi is not worth reg fee...mstyle.mobi maybe regfee, but not my regfee (sorry...just my opinion). On the other hand, playgame.mobi I think is your best one...that one can be developed and makes sense. I think the value in .mobi right now is in development, but if I had to give an appraisal on playgame.mobi, Today, undeveloped...I'd say $150-$500.

In general though, If you would enjoy developing it for your own reasons and as a fun project - go for it! On the other hand, if you're not planning on developing it, now that you've already got it, of course, keep it until it expires unless someone would want to buy it.

I think a lot of people use their mobile devices to access news, so there may be some use to it as a developed site, but then again, I'm really the wrong person to ask about .mobi. I honestly admire your courage in investing though, and I wish you success and all the best!
