I believe that the French usually say 'visite virtuelle'.
Tour virtuel doesn't sound quite right but it's not really bad. It's just that it's not the common expression.
However 'faire un tour' means take the tour in French. Therefore my verdict would be low $$$.

just did a quick google search and you are right, very high use of 'visite virtuelle', which would be the one to have. mine is a lesser used alternate, oh well!
