trademark advice sought

I registered oldfriendfinder.com

friendfinder.com claims a trademark for "friendfinder"

however, I did locate another oldfriendfinder site operating

http://www.oldfriendfinder.co.uk/

So, I was wondering what some of you trademark lawyers and junkies thought about the implications of using the name and particular uses of the name which might or might not be offending in light of trademark issues
