Philbrick's own Web site can be found at www.philbrickssports.com. His suit against eNom is the latest front in a clash over the domain name, and has the potential to turn into a legal battle royale.

It seems to be a year-old case going by Justia:

It's obvious Enom owns the name. They would have given up the buyer/owner long ago otherwise.

I read somewhere they offered to settle for $50k, but he refused saying it wouldn't even cover legal costs... so in court they are liable up to $100k under ACPA, and he may get a large sum on top of legal costs...
