Traffic Estimates

Any way to estimate type in traffic based on ovt and google estimator results?
Also, is google estimator reliable?

i.e a 1 word and/or 2 word domain that shows 150 ovt with extension...how can i estimate it's type ins?

also, how would you estimate traffic to a 1 or 2 word domain that shows no ovt with ext.
