in general, DN Values appreciate with traffic, right?

Does it usually matter what kind of traffic?

Does DN forwarding count? (can you get traffic on a dn by using it to forward to a site which already has traffic?)

Does a unique website need to be created for each name?

What are some tips/What's the quickest and best way to to get traffic to a DN?
