Wanted: Service Transfer of .in / .co.in domains - when?

Hi!

Can anybody tell me when .in and .co.in domains can be transfered? I've heard something about the 16th April ?! Is that right? Maybe you can post the link to the official information.

You can transfer a .in or .co.in name 60 days after the name in question was registered.
You should be able to 'push' the names any time.
