Transfers Away

Does anyone know if eNom has a policy or practice concerning transfers away? Do they have a time limit before expiry by which domains must be transferred away? Or, just so long as the transfer is initiated before expiry, it will transfer away, even if it falls into expiry?

Good question, If the domain reached its expiration date during the transfer or before Enom sent the request to the Registry, they are well within their rights to cancel the transfer.... This question was asked before concerning another Registrar, in that case the transfer did go through, but every Registrar is different. Your best bet is to give them a call or open a support ticket and ask.
