www.tricksterfan.com is up for sale! Huge member website. Trickster is an online mmorpg game. This is a fansite of the popular well known game. Currently at this moment the forum has Threads: 1,179, Posts: 10,709, Members: 2,437. I'll let the site speak for itself. It lacks forum posts, but gets almost 10 new members a day which is very impressive. It is currently the third largest trickster fan website.
Revenue: Never had adsense on the site so no clue about that. I've made over $100 on selling banners/ads. The forum is impressive for any type of advertising.

THE FORUM IS LISTED UNDER GAMEnGAME FANSITES! Trickster is currently listed as one of the three main fansites under GamenGame, the current hoster of the game.
The forum is running the most recent version of VBulletin, Vbulletin 3.6.1. The skin is an extreme modification of a template made from phpbb, never seen before on vbulletin and never recognizable.
Price? Looking between $500-$1000. (VB Owned license included) This is getting around 10 new memberes a day! Never advertised or paid to post/signup.
