I think it relays a great message and could be used by an end user easily. In saying that though purely as a name based on length, ovt/w 0, potential uv a day and results when searched and a few " trust " type domain sales.

$5k-$10k reseller- more if you can show traffic and revenue.

Its worth a good bit developed (perhaps a verification system of some kind?). I would venture to say $5k-$10k as well. The economy is crap right now, so I would hold it. In my opinion, its obviously worth a great deal more than a reseller would offer you.

I like it, but I do think it needs to be developed. You could make it into a site that gives people useful information on all kinds of scams and how to avoid them, and provide some kind of 'Trustworthy Indicator' to help judge consumer or business offers.

How about a site about businesses with a rating system. kind of like a Better Business Bureau.
It's a very good name but you'll get the most out of it developed.
Reseller: low-mid $xxxx
End-User: mid-high $xxxx
