I'll take the site at your BIN of $350 provided that;

You are selling this as a unique site, ie you are not going to sell more copies of it, or more copies with a similar design.
You can move the site to my hosting account - on CPanel. By this I mean getting the site fully up and running on my hosting account, including changing the PayPal email to my own.
The site has not been banned from displaying Adsense.
You can show me a way that will allow me provide a unique download link to people who have not paid via PayPal. This does not need to be automated, if I can email them the link that would be fine. Basically I want to provide some people with the package for free, but have some kind of check in place so that they can't simply provide that link to lots of other people who can download the package.

If you cannot meet any of these conditions please let me know and we might be able to work something out.

Also can you please explain how the site is showing PR when it is not showing any backlinks in Google.

1) Site has not been banned from displaying adsense.
2) Dont know why it is PR4. it gets good search positions so...
3) I cannot move it to your server for you. I will provide ftp access to the files but DNS change, and uploading to your server is your problem. You will need php installed on your hosting account for the scripts to work. you will also need a paypal account with IPN enabled. I will tell you how to set that up. I will also change the paypal email to yours before the transfer so all you will need to do is download all the files from my server, switch the dns over to your hosting, then upload the files.
4) As for selling similar sites that is not my plan. However the design of this sit is fairly simple so I cannot agree to never selling a template site again with a left column etc...

Let me know if this is ok otherwise I guess we are still at a high bid of $220.

I forgot to mention the software has the manual functionality built in. You just log in to a web page and enter someone's email address and it sends them the download links.

If you look above you can see ther eis a pending offer at the BIN of $350. The offer has some restrictions which myself and potential buyer are working out. Who were you posting sold to? Were you posting sold for HostBidder.com or for your Bid of $225?
