tucows expired/deleted domains

Does Tucows run its expired/deleted domains through one of the big dropcatchers (namejet, pool, snapnames)? If no, what's the best way to try and get an expired/deleting tucows domain?

a domain ive been waiting for registered with tucows is being offered at snapnames...and from what i can tell i only see it at snapnames (there seems to be alot of confusion...me being one of them lol... about where their expired names go)
