I always wonder how they always make such nice profits and manage to maintain high registrations in view of their high prices of $9.75 to $10 for their
resellers who in turn charge even higher prices of roughly $15/yr. Plus their interface and CP features are very basic with important things lacking.
It seems the main and perhaps the only positive they have going for them is good support but it's still amazing good support by itself can make them so successful. Perhaps they have some secret to success.
