The script is completly custom and was coded by the owner of the site . The script is unique and wont be resold or put on any other site.

I will be taking offers on this site in the high x,xxx - mid xx,xxx area , based on the earning potential the site has i will put a figure around the $30k-$50k area . As with a gaming site the hits vary each month so i have based it on 1,000,000 + hits , 1,000,000 hits would generate $36,000 per year . I have also based the rough figure around 12 months of the earning potential the site has from selling advertising at $3 per cpm

interested but hits aren't unique visitors. The site really got 3000 unique visitors in January - with $3 CPM that is $9/month. You're basing it on ALOT of future growth as the site gets nowhere near that traffic as hits are not uniques.
