Tulipdomains.com Sending Fake Offers

I have received 5 offers for my domains through TulipDomains.com and all Fake, When I accept the offers the sale doesn't complete.
anyone faced the same issue.

Why would you list a domain on that site? They are using a script from like 2004, Domain Trader v1.0 I believe and the site just looks like a joke.

Yes you are right, it is like a joke, No customer service, No responding to my questions, unbelievable offers.
They are sending more than 15 offers for the same Domain at once.
