Whew! After I finish my PhD program in rocket science I will give that a try! I have another idea. Just open the text list and hit the scroll button on your mouse.

OK - you got me there - I guess it isn't practical!

I think it is just too late in the evening for me to consider all of those steps. I will have to look at it again in the morning.

I am interested in the scrolling file when it is filtered to contain all of my keywords as we talked about before. That is the big winner I am still waiting on. It would save me a couple of hours a day easily.

If you learn to pre sort in excel and then build the scrolling files it will save you 1/2 your time already.

We are currently examining whether to build the software I talked about into a stand alone program or add it into the site as a service. Let you know in the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime this isn't anything more than a cut and paste job so don't give up so easily
