[Turnkey] @ Developed Websites

Should we encourage members to set a compulsory [Turnkey] tag for turnkey sites sales' title @ Platinum Forums -> Developed Websites?

Here's a guideline copied from SPF:

If you are selling a 'turnkey' site, this is permitted, however you must specify this in the site description. A 'turnkey' site is a site without unique content, a new site with no traffic, and/or based upon a template such as those sold by the well-known turnkey site resellers, a fresh forum install without membership or posts, an ecommerce site without customers, or a database site without data.

Just make a subforum under developed for turnkey and it would save us alot of time . This would lead to more quality sites directly under the developed websites header.
