Which one do you like more and why?

We all know GT Web hate's .cc, but I think I would choose .cc over .tv. If it was a tv show then .tv for sure, but anything else .cc

I rather prefer WS from other those two. Of course, I agree, if it is a "tv" show or something related, then "tv" extension just fits good.
But "cc", what does it mean ?
At least, for ".ws", you can state "world site", as they say in the promos, and most average joe would eat that.

.tv is being used pretty frequently now by major networks (ESPN, CBS, etc...).

If the name is at all (or can be considered) tv related ... then .tv is the way to go.

I would agree that if it's Television related, or streaming video related, or a 2-word domain with T & V being the first initials of the words, and in that order, or someone waiting for TV/Internet to fully converge, then .TV is the domain for now and the future. If it has nothing to do with any of that - then maybe .cc

I know quite a few .tv names that get type in traffic, for example PowerBlock.tv (a typo of PowerBlockTV.com) has a nice OVT score and gets about 50 visits per day

Agree .tv is way better but the decent names only can be afforded by the bigger companies as the renewal fees are hefty,so .tv premium names will be purchased generally by companies with a large marketing budget.

This is easy. TV is one of the worlds most popular acronym's. TV has and will always mean something. CC means nothing to the world but I bet if you go to Germany from the USA you could mention TV and have some common bond. Say CC and look at your response. TV is an immensly popular acronym. I believe in the future domains like .TV that make sense to big media will be used by many companies because it makes sense to the mass population and it means something without retraining our minds. IMHO... Cheers.

there are many domains can be develop using .tv compared to .cc
