.TV corp owns ALL .tv domains. They lease them to people. If you don't renew, they own it. They are the registrar and seller and owner. Negotiate with them for the best price. I got cuba.tv and havana.tv for multiple years.

yes, dropping to the .TV corporation, not to the general pool. No other registrar can grab a .tv name. Contact the sales dept at .tv and see what they will charge you. Minimum is $50 per year EVERY year.
