The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Lightning struck twice as we saw not just one rare 6-figure .org sale, but two of them in the same week! In addition to leading our new Top 20 sales chart, those two domains rank among the year's three biggest sales in our Global Contenders category (non .com global TLDs - .net, .org, .info and .biz).

It was also a huge week for the country codes as seven ccTLD domains made the all extension Top 20. The country code charge was led by two big French ccTLD sales, one that ranks among the year's ten biggest country code sales and another that ranks among the top 15.You can get all of the details here:

Thanks Duke!
.Org for $120,000?? A bargain

.Org I can understand.

The surprise for me was the .US sales - taxi.us for $35,000 & bingo.us at $15,000.

Things are looking up for .us

Nice to see some six figure .org sales. Any idea who bought Revolution.org? It's got to be an end user sale at that price.

Great reporting as usual, thanks Ron.

Heh I wanted to buy Revolution.org but wasn't prepared to offer even 1% of that... I can almost guarantee it's not a left wing group thats bought that... But I can't fathom who would buy it... It's a .org and has strong Leninist connotations.

Perhaps, a democratic presidential candidate with way too much money?

.org seems pretty strong.. with coffee.org a few weeks ago and now these 2.
