I will email you back an NDA - Non Disclosure Agreement. This means you agree not to discuss the actions of the group outside the designated subforum that will be created for the group.

Once the non disclosure agreement is signed and emailed back, you will be flagged for a subforum that will allow you to enter and take part in the discussions of the buying group.

Group 1 will be composed of 100 shares, you can buy as many or as few shares as you like. The price of the shares will be determined by the buying group.

Money will not be collected until the group decides how we wish to spend it.

Nothing will be disclosed to people outside the buying group.

Again, at this point we are just going to seperate the those that are serious from those that are curious.

A buying group brings great benefits besides the obvious pooling of resources.

A seperate company is being established to control the assets of the group.

All revenue generated through sales and or parking will be split into appropriate shares.

If we sell shares at $1000 each, you can buy as many as are available at the time they are offered. Ideally if the group is 20 people or less, that will be ideal and extremely profitable.

I can tell you I expect the first batch to go quick and be very profitable.

Any idea when email responses will go out? What happens if there is more interest than there are shares available? Will there be a lottery of some kind, or is it first come first serve? Will there be a limit on how many shares can be help by one person?

The NDA's will go out to those that have requested them by tonight.

Based on initial responses if we need to we can setup a group 2 or enlarge group 1 with more buying power.

The decision will be made within the group on how to proceed.
