do all the research you want, you will probably end up with an account at enom. they are far and away the best registrar, and you can get a $6.95 account for $350 or so, but you can get a low $7.xx acount for much less.

Directi and bulk register are the cheapest.

But they are not the bes.t

The best (arguably) is enom @ 6.95

They offer so many great features it jsutifies the extra 50 cents.
