Typo legal question

I have a typo of a popular casino thats getting some nice traffic. What can I do with this domain legally? Can I make an "anti" website out of it since the online reviews are bad with the real casino and hope they see it and want to buy it to get it offline. Or am I evil? :lol:

lol .. I can't think of a quicker way to lose the domain AND receive a law suit.

Because it is legal - just look at all the (company)sucks based domains (and similar). Have a good disclaimer and stick to the facts (and if any opinions are stated, make sure they are clearly marked as opinions).
