Its so nice to see another Pakistani on the board.

Someone was selling his unfinished site on I think geekvillage few weeks back. So it might be a good idea to let others list their unfinished ideas/sites for assistance or outright sale on your domian. So I see some value (mid $XX to high $XX) in the name as undeveloped and even more value (Mid to High $XXX) if developed around the idea I mentioned.

(BTW, I have studied the market for a few months but practically have zero experience in selling a domain so dont take my comments very seriously.
