I run www.onlyfunnystuff.com - pr4 - 3 years old - and looking to sell it due to lack of time. Got a costum CMS thus you can copy youtube urls to update it easy with automatic watermarking. Also easy to add pictures and games.
Site earns $120/month
$60 from adsense and $60 from selling the 6 thumbs over videos ($10 each/month)
On first page in google for funny stuff.
150-200 visitors from SE/day (40% of traffic) 500UV/DAY (1k-2k pv/day) - this is for link exchange and SE only.
doing avg $2 from adsense/day with 10min work/week. CPM is $2+ which is extremly high. If you used 1 hour a week (submitting, updating) you could easily get it on 1-2k visitors/day(easy more too) (which is $5-10/day). Also sell hardlinks for $20-30/month as well as banners would be possible (have not done this).
